Getting the size right matters. Use one of the two methods below, then match your measurement to the chart. When in doubt, size up.

Measure a ring you own
Take a ring that already fits the right finger. Measure the inside diameter straight across in millimeters, then find the closest match in the chart below.

Measure your finger
Wrap a strip of paper or string snugly around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat, and measure the length in millimeters — that's your circumference. Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your hands are warm — fingers run smaller when cold.
