At Zahelo Jewelry, all of our pieces are made to order with careful attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping within the United States Only
We currently ship exclusively within the United States using UPS and USPS.

Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and require up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment.

Shipping Cost
A flat shipping rate of $35 applies to all orders.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We will do our best to assist you in the event of a lost or damaged package. However, Zahelo Jewelry is not responsiblefor packages lost or mishandled by the shipping carriers.

All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida, USA.
